Steps:
1) Enter Nyzul Isle Uncharted Region.
2) Enter "Activate all lamps. : Code" floor.
3) There is a possibility the Runic Lamp will not load on screen.
4) Get Shafted.

Some little background: Runic Lamp did not load on my screen, it has loaded for everyone else in the party. This is probably similar bug people have with Abyssea Cavernous Maws not loading on screen. The lamp loaded on screen when I ran far away from it and back.
I want my tag back.
