    I have a 24" screen. 1920x1080. I'm not wearing my glasses, and I can read small text just fine.

    I can too. I can also hop to work on one leg. But I don't want to. Partly, because it's more annoying than walking should be, and partly because I'd look like a tool. Both points apply to your font as well.
