Payment Question

First off, I want to say that everyone affected by the earthquake and nuclear problems in Japan is in my thoughts and prayers! I hope you are able to get things back to where they need to be!

Now on to my post:

I'm just curious about payment. I know that since all this happened that the notice said we wouldn't be billed through the April billing cycle. But when does that exactally start? I know that they *should* bill at the end of this month...but is this March or April's billing cycle? I'm just trying to find out if I should save the money out this month or not.

Can someone please help figure this out? lol
