Problems with remapping keys.

Hi all. Due to the Steam sale and being bored with D3 I recently came back. I've played off and on via various consoles and this is the first time I am playing on PC.

I am having an issue when remapping keys. For instance, I have remapped the menu key "-" to "y". However the game is not acknowledging this. My menu is still opened via "-" even though it clearly shows that it should be bound to "y".

I am finding this is happening to all my rebound keys. I tried changing heal to "r" and auto walk to "z" and (while saved in keybindings) neither of them are responding that way. "R" still auto walks and heal is still "h" like default.

I did change some registry settings to "upgrade" the graphics but I don't believe that should have an effect on the controls of the game.

Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: I am using compact 2 control scheme if that matters.
