TE's repop every 30-60 seconds. How is that even an issue?
I've come to hate BST's with a passion all over again. Long long time ago they would wipe out XP parties so they could continue soloing in a camp (we tend to kill their pets for XP). Now their just being annoying inside dynamis and doing stupid sh!t like soloing 4+ EP's at the same time. So I take great pleasure in disrupting their activities, especially on BLU where I can AoE the crap out of everything with fast casting spells.

If a BST is fighting one mob and doing the dyna thing then I leave them be, if I see them trying to fight a whole slew of mobs and going down the line procing them, I'll start using WoR and BT on their mobs.

Doing damage is for WAR's, DRK is about soloing 75 content yo.....

Come on. Raise your hands. You know who you are!

Well, I propose we discuss some etiquette, a general guideline for people to follow when farming neo-dynamis. Mind you, this is not law, but a suggested rule of behavior.

It is appropriate to claim a mob in the following situations:
    1. If the mob is 100% and unclaimed, and idle or
    2. 100% and unclaimed, and agroing another NPC or PC.
    3. If the PC that had claim on a mob dies or times out.

    Here are some gray areas:
    3. If the mob is 100% and unclaimed, and agroing another NPC or PC and the mob was previously proced. If you saw that the mob was proc'ed then the mob should be left alone. If you didn't see that the mob was proc'ed then rule 2 appies. If you're trying to proc a mob it is best to hit it at least once so it's not 100%
    4. If there is a claim war then the person who gets claim first gets the mob. No complaining now. You lost fair and square.

What are your thoughts / experiences / suggestions?
    5) when you don't already have more mobs "claimed" than member in your PT if there is other player around

I'll always team up for TEs. There's simply no reason not to. Most people I encounter have similar attitudes.

Once the farming starts, it's each their own. As a PUP, WS mobs are about as good as JA mobs for procs, so I usually can stick with smaller unpopular camps and have little trouble with others. I usually don't grab yellows (proced or not) near other players, incidents or lack of mobs aside.
