    Let's play guess the new merit 2hours!

    WAR and MNK were revealed so let's try and think up possible/probably 2hr's. List the 2hr of your dreams and then list the 2hr SE will probably give us ;;

    I'll start:

    (2hrs I hope we get)
    Dragoon:
    Rending Fervor "Attacks ignore defense."

    Blue Mage
    Immortal Knowledge: Allows unlimited use of unbridled spells.

    Thief
    Velocious Banditry: "All your attacks are tripled"

    Corsair
    Strafing Flurry: "Allows Rapid Quickdrawing"

    (2hrs we'll probably get)

    Dragoon:
    Mighty Breathing: Wyvern Breaths are enhanced.

    Blue Mage
    Immortal Arcanum: "Allows access to all learned Blue Magic"

    Thief
    Velocious Banditry: "All your attacks are tripled"

    Corsair
    Fixed Dice: Forces a lucky 11 roll on Double-Ups over 6. Phantom Roll recast reduced.

    Dragoon
    Call Wyvern 2 - Allows you to Call Wyvern if your Call Wyvern timer isnt up

    Samurai
    Brew Master - Gives you effect of Primeval Brew for 2 hours and 10 seconds.

    Beastmaster
    Jug Relief - 5% chance Jug will not be consumed by Call Beast. Effect lasts 4 minutes.

    Paladin
    Provoke - Uses Provoke without need of Warrior Sub Job.

    Red Mage
    Perrier - Lets you parry the next physical single target attack granted you are at least 20 yalms away. Effect lasts 5 seconds.

    Black Mage
    Sacrificial Lamb - Summons a Lamb that walks to the target. Granted the target does not move within 20 minutes and the Lamb reaches the target, it will explode with every single Black Magic spell in the game and cause everyone in the casters Party,Alliance, and Linkshell to die instantly. Should the Lamb kill the mob, all drops will be sacrificed, but gil and crystal drop will be 3x normal amount.

    White Mage
    Holy Sheep - A sheep will descend from the heavens and put the party to sleep. While asleep members will gain the effect of HP+3 Regen. Also everyone in the zone within viewing distance will die instantly but will be granted the effect of Raise 1. Should the sheep still be active when a person is raised they will die again with no Raise.

    Bard
    Dance Floor - Spawns a dance floor. Any Dancers within the dance floor will gain +5% Jig. When used in conjunction with another Bard's Soul Voice Afro's will be spawned on all characters. (Will gain effect of costume, will have to be cancelled to engage in battle)

    Dark Knight
    Hammer Kerschlemmer - Chop off your own leg and use it as a weapon for 5 minutes. Damage of Leg = Armor rating of feet and leg spots /2

    Summoner
    Cait Sith - Summon Cait Sith to cast En-Light II on party. (Not applicable to alliance)

    Ninja
    Narturochigoeach - Turn into a fox boy with a big furry sword that has a mask on it that can shoot fireballs and write in death journals and sephiroth and in the name of the moon it will vegeta you.

    Puppetmaster
    Pushed back to 2014 come back later.

    Blue Mage
    Monster Goat - Summons a Goat that simply walks around. Causes the mob to question life, become indifferent, and despawn due to disinterest.

    Corsair
    Booty Sting - Daggers gain +10% weapon skill damage on Wasp Sting. (Can be merited to 15%)

    Rune Fencer
    Overshadow - Causes all party member's Red Mage to be deleveled by 1. If party member's Red Mage is level 1, option to play as Red Mage will be completely removed.

    How about a 2 hour version of Unbridled Learning for BLU? Say maybe 3-5 spells available, all from endgame bosses. They'd have to be good so, first ones I can think of are Mighty Guard from Shinryu, Diffractive Break from Provenance Watcher, Beleaguerment from Shah. Maybe Laser Shower or Target Analysis from Omega/Arch-Omega or Citadel Buster from Ultima/Arch-Ultima.

    So long as they would be really strong not weakened dumbed down versions, would kick some serious ass.

    Warrior - Mighty Strikes II - All attacks will be crit's at 900% damage, but you will be automatically teleported to a random crag with every successful hit. Misses remove 10k gold per swing. Lasts 2 minutes.

    Red Mage - Enspellga - Your party gain the effect of current active Enspell effect, but you are forced to remain at 30 yalms from the target forever. Entering into combat will result in self KO.

    Black Mage - Ultimagatanaza - Allows access to Ultimagatanaza, which when cast, destroys every monster within 99999999999999 Yalms. Zone lines are ineffective, and will cross into other zones, plains and worlds, and possibly other games at random. Will drain 1/4 of maximum MP.

    White Mage - Cure XIV - Spell effect looks promising, but on use is disappointing, and does not meet expectations so becomes free cast, however use after 6 months will result in charges to your credit card.

    Monk - Tantric Tantara of Tantrums
    - On use the Monk will begin a stomping tantrum, causing a DDR style interface to appear. If all arrows are successful, job will gain +75% interest to playing in exp parties for 2 hours.

    Thief - Mug II - The Thief needs to be behind the target, but have someone in front of the target facing the opposing compass direction to which one of the Mandragora in Sarutabaruta are currently facing. Random Mandy is chosen each time, and the chosen target needs to be within 23% and 22% HP on Watersday with 4 Samurais lined up in SATA formation around the nearest BRD. Effect will fail if anyone shuffles their character in any direction. Lasts 1 second and if successful causes 25% increased crit rate for 12 seconds and you will mug the target of 3000 gil.

    Dragoon - Jump XII - The Dragoon will need to jump about randomly convincing people he is a captain of a major cities army and that another faction is lying. If successful gains a pet Hydra for 12 seconds. Pet is susceptible to AoE damage, taking 2000% increased damage from Bomb Toss.

    Samurai - Great Katana Benihana
    - The Samurai will create a shadow copy of whichever weapon he or she currently wields, doubling their TP gain and DPS. Effect lasts for one patch and is then nerfed to provide only aesthetic boosts.

    Ranger - Arrow of Disappointment
    - The Ranger nocks a freecast arrow into their bow that when fired from the sweet spot will increase their damage done by 1% for 9 seconds. The sweet spot is random each time, and has a range of 2000 yalms. If missed, Ranger's on your realm will suffer a 75% accuracy penalty for 1 year.

    Bard - Flute Toot
    - The Bard pulls a tiny piccolo from it's pocket and a quick ditty causes all creatures in the area to dance for him or her for 15 seconds. During this time, nothing particular happens to the party, but you get a nice show.

    Summoner - Gilgamesh - The Summoner can call down the power of Gilgamesh, who will choose an attack at random. 18 of the attacks will insta KO the party, but one attack will place Blind II on the target. Gilgamesh will skill up his enfeebling magic with each 2 hour use, starting from 1 and capping at 450.

    Beastmaster - Call Mom - The Beastmaster will call their mom and complain about how everyone is levelling one without dying 900 times in the back of the Sea Serpents Grotto. +25% to Whine if Monk is also performing Tantric Tantara of Tantrums.

    Ninja - Provohno... er Ichi? - The Ninja can now cast Provohno! ... er Ichi? It looks like Provoke, and sounds like Provoke, but instead lowers enmity towards your target. Another almost Provoke for Ninjas to add to your macros!

    Paladin - Dual Shield - The Paladin can now equip a shield on both arms (not able to equip weapons). As a bonus, during the 2 minute period, a Paladin can also equip shields in every other gear slot. A shield can also be equipped to any of your equipped shields allowing your shields to shield.

    Dark Knight - Swing and a Miss - The Dark Knights attack power is increased by 4000% for their next swing, however they are randomly ported to a random location on the map they are on, and weapon delay is increased to 999. Lasts 4 seconds.

    Blue Mage - Azure Snore - Lots of pretty lights and colours, but nothing much happens. Might increase your chances of learning Healing Breeze though!

    Corsair - It goes to XI... - Corsair will instantly roll 11 on his or her next use of Double Up. Ineffective if players enter combat.

    Puppetmaster - Saw It - The Puppetmaster will randomly place a devious trap on the enemies head that plays on both it's physical and mental state. The monster will escape, but at the sacrifice of something it holds dear, causing it to live a long and painful life with the horrifying act it commited.

    Dancer - Breakdance - The Dancer performs an intricate series of moves, curing everyone in the game for 20000 HP. If players are male or female, will also fill their mana up, and give them every item the current target engaged to can and cannot drop. Lasts 12 hours.

    Scholar - Afflatus Bookus Mucho Flipso
    - The Scholar expends a Stratagem to unlock a new interface which can only be configured when in Afflatus Bookus Mucho Flipso which will then cause all your spells to be reactive based on complex mathmatical equations which are random every time. If solved, you will gain +200% increase to damage done, however you will need to complete various minigames first. Lasts 8 seconds.

    Hahaha,

    Lets see how useless and utterly worthless SE makes "new 2HRs". Most of the current 2hrs are worthless, why make new ones to be just as worthless.
