Destrier Beret Redeemed but not available from Moogle

I have been unable to obtain the Destrier Beret after registering the reward code on the Square website. When I talk to the Festive Moogle in Windurst Walls I get this message:

"Festive Moogle: Hey! The MHMU has a basketful of special goodies for all brave adventurers who work hard to protect the poor little moogles of Vana'diel, kupo. Ah but it looks like I have nothing for you! Sorry!"
