I am a brand new player and I haven't received mine. I didn't even know about the new expansion until I came to the forums to complain about my beret.

I can't help but agree with peoples frustration on the matter. The beret is listed in the advertisement of the Ultimate Abyssea Collection so technically they have to deliver. If they don't it is false advertisement. As for me I'm a returning player so yea I want the hat it is usefull to me since I'm starting from scratch.
