    Yet another Destrier Beret Issue

    Yup standard post, registered my code and getting nothing from the moogle. Heres the info for where it was supposed to go.

    ive been told posting here could help me obtain my hat so anything that could be done to help would be greatly appriciated.

    I hope for a swift resolution because its kinda wrong to be promised an item and not recieve it. So far ive got a month to enjoy XI and i was hoping for the hats help to get rolling.

    We have identified an issue that is preventing players from receiving the Destrier Beret from the Festive Moogle, despite having registered a campaign code via the Square Enix Account Management System.

    We are currently in the process of testing fixes to address this issue.

    Please note that any campaign codes that have already been redeemed will not be invalidated, and will be redeemable once this issue has been resolved.

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
