    Unable to obtain Destrier Beret

    Date & Time: First tried on July 9, 2012
    Character Name: Uial
    Race: Mithra
    World:Cerberur
    Main Job: White Mage
    Support Job: None
    Area and Coordinates: Mog House in San d'Oria
    NPC Name: Festive Moogle
    Game perches:Steam

    Steps:
    1. Registered the Destrier Beret code to my square Enix account
    2. Logged into FFXI
    3. Went to the moogle in San d'Oria and it said "Sorry, we have nothing for you!"
    4. Have tried multiple times since, still no luck.
