Destrier Beret not being given

Just like everyone else for the past four days, I still have not gotten my Destrier Beret

Date & Time: First tried on July 7, 2012
Character Name: Djazure
Race: Tarutaru
World: Quetzecoatl
Main Job: Black Mage
Support Job: None
Area and Coordinates: Mog House in Windurst Walls
NPC Name: Festive Moogle
Steps:
1. Registered the Destrier Beret code to my square Enix account
2. Selected Djazure@Quetzecoatl as the content ID & character that the item will go to
3. Logged into FFXI
4. Went to the moogle in Windurst Walls and it said "Sorry, we have nothing for you!"
5. Have tried multiple times since, still no luck.
