    Missing Destrier Beret

    Add my name to the list. Same issues as everyone else. Very Frustrating as I am a returning player and was looking forward to this item.

    On the PC version of the game, from the FFXI Ultimate Collection on Steam.

    Character Name: Zadok
    Race: Hume
    World: Fenrir
    Main Job: Red Mage
    Support Job: None
    Area and Coordinates: Port San Doria (Residential Area)
    NPC Name: Festive Moogle

    Steps: 1. Started a new account and created a new character. 2. Logged out and registered the Destrier Beret code from Steam to my account for said character. 3. Logged back in and the Festive Moogle reports "Nothing for you".
