Black Screen and Invisible Mobs on Xbox 360

For some reason there are certain zones that black screen and certain monsters that I cannot see on the Xbox version of the game. If I log in on my PC everything is fine.

First off there are 2 monsters that I cannot see. The Peistes in Abyssea - Misareux Coast and the NM Gukumatz are completely invisible for me. So are the Ruly Imps in Xarcabard [S]. I cannot target them unless I /assist someone or if they attack me first and when I attack them, it looks like I'm hitting the ground.

Second part is the black screening. This is a huge problem for me and if I didn't have access to the computer version, I would be permanently stuck in the area. 2 Areas so far that this has happened to me has been in Moblin Maze Mongers Aquatic Depopulization and in Sauromugue Champaign [S].

The Moblin Maze Mongers one has been a problem for a while now, but the Sauromugue Champaign [S] one is new. Just happened a few minutes ago when I tried to go do Voidwatch. My screen would just go black. This has never happened before and I have been there several times previously. I would restart my Xbox, log in and it would still be black and cannot do anything.

I've reinstalled the game several times already. Does anyone know what might be causing any of these problems? Also I'd prefer a non-copy and paste response please. I got one of those back in January when I asked for help and nothing has been done yet.

Hmm... after 4 reinstalls, it seems to somehow have fixed itself.
