    Unable to get Destrier Beret

    Festive Moogle says he has nothing for me.

    Date & Time: First tried on July 6, 2012
    Character Name: Valiuse
    Race: Tarutaru
    World: Asura
    Main Job: Warrior
    Support Job: None
    Area and Coordinates: Mog House in Windurst Walls
    NPC Name: Festive Moogle
    Steps:
    1. Registered the Destrier Beret code to my square Enix account
    2. Selected Valiuse@Asura as the content ID & character that the item will go to
    3. Logged into FFXI
    4. Went to the moogle in Windurst Walls and it said "Sorry, we have nothing for you!"
    5. Have tried multiple times since, still no luck.

    We appreciate you taking the time to post all the details necessary. We are aware of the issue with players not receiving their Destrier Beret and it is currently being investigated. I will be adding your name onto the list of players unable to receive the beret.
