Didn't receive my Destrier Beret

Date & Time: Everyday since I began playing
Character Name: Banador
Race: Hume
World: Asura
Main Job: Monk
Support Job: None
Area and Coordinates: Mog House in Port Bastok
NPC Name: Festive Moogle
Steps:
1. Registered the Destrier Beret code to my square Enix account
2. Selected Banador@Asura as the content ID & character that the item will go to
3. Logged into FFXI
4. Went to the moogle in Port Bastok (J-13) and it said "Sorry, we have nothing for you!"
5. Logged out of FFXI and PoL and tried getting it again 24 hours later, still no beret.
