Didn't Receive my Destrier Beret

I've seen a lot of people also have been having this issue. Anyways, I followed the instructions, registered my code, selected my character "Vamps" and logged on multiple times to the Siren server, each time the Festive Moogle still saying he doesn't have anything for me... Here is my information (whether it helps or not).

Race: Hume (F)
Server: Siren

Hopefully this issue can be resolved soon. I'm quite shocked how this issue isn't being addressed considering how many threads have been posted recently about it.
