    Actually, let me clear my terminology up when I say "dead links." The links are simply inactive preventing any purchase on the U.S. page.

    Heh, I was able to add items to my shopping cart, create an account on the store... but then it had problems getting my zipcode right. I'd put in my proper zipcode and they'd automatically change it to one that was one-number off and definitely incorrect. What? It's simply mind-boggling how much SE manages to screw up anything to do with doing business on the Internet.
