It's so so true, if you did, you wouldn't have suddested this for rdm. This has absolutely nothing to do with what rdm is able to do what-so-ever.

RDM needs alot, but it doesn't need this.

Fixing enfeebling wont fix RDM. It'll just make WHM/BLM even more useful.

So unless RDM is going to get new and unique enfeebles, then fixing enfeebling will change nothing.

I am quite sure there is still a lot of items that should drop from legion which still haven't been reported to have actually dropped, which means getting the items isn't as easy as you're making it out to be. Fairly certain the few good items are locked out from final wave/titles iirc. The rest aren't worth doing the event for aside from higher arise/meteor drop and once again... that's not enough to convince groups to do it for 2 scrolls.
