Hello, I Haven't played FF11 in the last 8 or 9 years, so I'm a little lost on what it is I need to do, and have a newbie question I need to ask before the items expire on the 30th (it's already the 30th over here).
The problem I'm having is, I received several codes for costume items from Vanafest (In Japan), I registered all items on the SE site and all I have to do is collect them within the game. When I go to the festive Mog, he tells me he has nothing for me. Even though I registered my four codes, the SE site tells me I need to collect them ingame before they expire.
I've wasted a lot of time contacting online support only for them to point me in the direction of ingame GM's to which the only way you can contact them is by first claiming harassment (change that). Then when I did contact a GM, they instead gave me an ingame email message directing me to come to the forums or to contact someone from SE/POL.
If you people allow my codes to expire, or don't give me my registered costume items after expiration (since this is a problem on your part) then I'll be cancelling my subscription before the 30 day free trial.
I'd like to also point out that I have wrote several emails to square and not once has anyone wrote back to me, when I contact online help, all they do is act indifferently and rush me off to the GM, disconnecting before I have a chance to write another word. Disgusting.
