    Can't claim Destrier Beret

    Date & Time: June 30th 2012
    Character Name: Ceralyn
    Race: Hume
    World: Bahamut
    Main Job: Monk/15
    Support Job: none
    Area and Coordinates: Port Bastok (J-13)
    NPC Name: Festive Moogle
    Steps:
    1. Registered the Destrier Beret code to my square Enix account
    2. Selected Ceralyn@Bahamut as the content ID & character that the item will go to
    3. Logged into FFXI
    4. Went to the moogle in Port Bastok (J-13) and it said " Sorry, we have nothing for you!"
    5. Logged out of FFXI and PoL and went to bed
    6. Logged back in and talked to moogle (~12 hours later)
    7. Moogle still said he had nothing for me.
    8. Logged into my Square Enix Account and reviewed "Reward Code History". Confirmed Beret was sent to Ceralyn@Bahamut on June 29, 2012.

    Any help you can give would be great, thanks.

    I also have this problem, my information is:

    Character Name: Aetherstom
    Race: Mithra
    World: Quetzalcoatl
    Main Job: Black Mage/6
    Support Job: none
    Area: Port Sandy
    NPC Name: Festive Moogle
    Steps:
    1. Registered the Destrier Beret code to my square Enix account
    2. Selected Aetherstorm@Quetzalcoatl as the content ID & character that the item will go to
    3. Logged into FFXI
    4. Went to the moogle in Port Sandy and it said " Sorry, we have nothing for you!"
    5. Logged out of FFXI and PoL and went to bed
    6. Logged back in and talked to moogle (about 10 hours later)
    7. Moogle still said he had nothing for me.
    8. Logged into my Square Enix Account and reviewed "Reward Code History". Confirmed Beret was sent to Aetherstorm@Quetzalcoatl on June 29, 2012.

    Any help would be great.
