    Would really like my Destrier Beret

    Bought and registered the Abyssea Collection today, and after entering the code for the beret into the SE site and talking to the festive moogle at Port Bastok, I'm told there's nothing for me.

    I would really like my beret, so please add me to the investigation list! Barhloew@Leviathan

    NPC Name: Festive Moogle
    Steps:
    1. Registered the Destrier Beret code to my square Enix account
    2. Selected Barhloew@leviathan as the content ID & character that the item will go to
    3. Logged into FFXI
    4. Went to the moogle in Port Bastok (J-13) and it said " Sorry, we have nothing for you!"
    5. Logged out of FFXI and PoL and waited about 10 mins~
    6. Logged back in and talked to moogle
    7. Moogle still said he had nothing for me.
    8. Logged into my Square Enix Account and reentered the code for the Destrier Beret
    9. It said the code had already been registered
    10. waited a couple hours, checked the Festive Moogle, still nothing.
