    They are "looking into it". I think that simply means they know it exists as a problem but aren't doing anything about it since the first one was found on the 14th or 15th and still no real response. I really hope my beret shows up soon or I don't know that I will continue with this game.

    They could at least give out the berets manually to people who have submitted reports. But, they wont even do that. Considering that beret was one of the incentives for me starting to play again, I don't think I'll continue playing after the 30-day trial.

    That's my problem with it as well. They know it's broken and yet we keep getting a canned response with no real answer or fix. "check the front page" but the front page doesn't even mention a "Hey, we are aware that some players aren't able to get their Destrier Beret. We are working on the problem and will have it fixed shortly". Just give me the dang item I purchased.
