    Can't Finish Quests

    I've been playing FFXI since 2005 and my account was hacked into a while ago. After that issue was fixed, my account was banned because of the fees that were charged to my card were returned to me. I wanted to start playing again so I bought a new game and started a new character. After I found out that I could get my old character back I did that and was given a new registration code for all the expansion packs and add-ons. I now have all that going for me but when I try to finish some of the quests I started years ago, I can't. I talk to the starting NPC on a lot of my quests and they say that I am in the middle of the quest. The quest shows up in my quest log, but I can't finish them, or spawn an NM that I need to fight for the quest. I have tried this on most of my existing quests and the same thing happens; I can not finish them. I've talked to a GM and they told me to start a ticket in the support center online & that they couldn't help me out. I started a ticket and found out that they couldn't help me over email or talking with them on the phone. They told me to come here and get help. I really need help because a these quests are important to me. There is no way to stop the quests and start them again and I'm not sure what to do. Please help me.
