I have checked every place i could think of, translated alot of pages, and can find no information to assist me in this problem. After FINALLY getting a GM on the game, had to request help a ton of times and get kicked back thanks to the damn auto-reply thing, his/her suggestion was to post my problem here. So, here it is. i will be keeping tabs and hope to find a resolution soon.
i was under the assumption that you have to posses a JP account to be able to redeem it.
