Unable to get Destrier Beret from Festive Moogle.

After inputting the code on the Square-Enix account and claiming the Destrier Beret for my character "Peinn" on the Asura server, I went to the Festive Moogle to claim it, but he says he has nothing for me.

Yea, it looks like a lot of people are experiencing this problem, myself included.

I'm going to join the crowd. Character's name Basilikos on Sylph server, starting in Windurst. Festive Moogle says I don't have any items. :\

EDIT: Looks like all these Destrier Beret glitches started on June 14, coinciding with the new version update. Maybe something in that update borked the Festive Moogle?

So, are we just out of luck as far as the beret goes? Or are they at least sending the beret to people who have the proper code? Does anyone know someone who had this problem and got it resolved, or has it just been the copy and paste response I've seen in other threads?

I've gone through most of the threads and it has just been the copy paste responses. I would at least like to see some kind of update that they are aware of the problem.
