Come on now, how about we get some customer service here!!!!! I dont understand why you give out a reward code but then wont give the players their item they paid for. Why dont GM's go and give out the beret, doing this bs in a thread is obviously not fixing the problem. I already have my toon lvl to 30 in 2 jobs! Plz give us the beret we were promised!!!!!!
