Destrier Beret issue

I've got the same issue everyone else is having. I'm not going to fill out the steps because I've done it time and time again... Log in, log out, log back in, try, not there. Wait a day, log in, try, still not there. Zone out, zone in, try, still not there. It's been five days of the same thing, trying it once or twice a day. Still nothing. So I'm just not trying to get missed if you guys can get me that hat. Thanks.
