    Party or Solo: Solo most of the time, unless people want to play with me.

    Steps:
    1. Register Hat
    2. Did not Receive Hat
    3. Frustrated because I did not receive my hat.
    4. Created a support ticket on the technical support forums.

    I submitted a ticket on 6/20.
    I made this post on 6/19.

    I'd like to know that this is being worked on, and that SE cares that my experience owning this game after 3 days is positive. I can't claim that to be the case.

    D: I'm sorry no one has answered yet and I read this, but I wasn't sure I could help. Then I remembered something that may help you.

    By claiming the beret, have you gone in game to the Festive Moogle in your Home Nation and spoken to him yet?

    He is located at these locations:

    Port Bastok (J-13)
    Port San d'Oria (J-10)
    Windurst Walls (C-14)

    Speak to him and he should have information on your hat. I don't remember if he gives it to you or sends it to your delivery box. I hope this helps!
