    Can not collect Destrier Beret from Festive Moogle

    I was told to create a new ticket here, by Support Center Rep in-order to have a record of me trying everything possible.

    I have not been able to collect my Destrier Beret from the Festive Moogle, it has been about 48hrs since I purchased FFXI Ult Abyssea edition from STEAM. Everytime I've passed by the Festive Moogle I would click him to make sure I couldn't get it.

    I purchased this game again solely on the basis of this extra item.

    Me and My friend havent been getting it either and we are getting rather irriated, My Character Snubbirth in Ragnarok hasnt gotten it in like 5-6 days and neither has my friends character Gokuuu in Ragnarok. Your support center email and chat have proven fruitless and we are regretting even buying the Abyssia Pack.
