I did a world transfer recently and SE account showed my chars@Quetz server after the transfer was complete on the SE website, but when i logged on it was still in Valefor after re-login of the (world transfer) is this a glitch? everytime i try to redo the world transfer it gives me the error.

The World Transfer service cannot be used.
Please try again after verifying the following:

- FINAL FANTASY XI is not currently under maintenance.
- A character that can be transferred exists.
- Over 90 days have passed since the last World transfer.
- Over 90 days have passed since purchasing the first FINAL FANTASY XI automatically continuous option.



I AM 100 % sure that none of the chars have ever been transfered for the last 90 days , i got billed for the transfer via crysta i had 5000 and now i am down to 2500 and it doesnt display that there was a transfer , however i cannot redo the transfer due to the error , is this a glitch in the system ? has it happened to anyone else?
