So obviously broken for so many things this is a horrible idea. Embrava, Soul Voice+Nightingale anything, even your haste example would be broken, and start seeing shouts in town with people asking some whm or rdm to cast haste on them 20 times.

I stopped reading at "guild wars." I take it he wants the durations to stack.
