Magic Mogbox! (New storage idea or maybe not new, I honestly don't know)

I'm not sure if it's come up or not in any of the forums but I thought I'd list it as a fleeting thought that I had.

Is there any way to get a new storage space available similar to a mog sack but the difference is that any of your alt's on the same account can have access to it. As a person that uses my alt's quite frequently I've run into a bit a recurring inconvenience. Having to send gear back and forth between my alt's and my main, especially so when I have to send more than 8 items at a time. It involves logging on and off of 2 different accounts several times and it's rather time consuming. Obviously, there are certain things you'd have to limit from being put into or at least take out of the "Mogbox" but I think it would be a major time saver plus help alleviate some of the storage issues most of us have encountered in our time in Vana'diel.

It's just an idea and I thought it was a decent one but, I can already hear the, "I talked to the dev's and they said there were no plans for to let multiple accounts share storage." or the impending "I passed this on to the dev's and they said, 'due to technical complications this would be a very difficult thing to put into the game."

I like it! It could work similar to the delivery NPCs, except through a menu via the moogle. It could check with the server, as the slots through Delivery box do, but open an inventory that has the same qualifications as the delivery method, i.e. not allowing specific gear to be stored through it.

Though if it even got considered, there would be considerable lag time between opening, searching, authenticating, and recieving items from that box. Not as awful as logging in and out multiple times, but still nag-worthy I'm sure. :P

Thanks like I said I don't know if it would actually be possible but I think it'd be a great time/space saver if it was able to be implemented into the game. Plus I think that a small amount of wait time is a relatively minute price to pay to have extra storage.

I had been considering something else like this but on a larger scale, a sort of account locked hall, one where any of the 16 characters under your playonline service account can enter/access/manage it. I had overheard rumors of a small plot of land allocated to players for seekers of Adoulin, but not sure if this detail is true. In the event that it were, i could see that being handy, allowing you to purchase a pass on each of your characters to access the hall owned through it. Just what had come up to my mind, again similar concept, where a different character you own can come in, store items, then you can access it on a different one once again.
