Ballista needs some love!
So, in regards to the huge influx of threads posted everywhere about ballista, we (BallistaRevolution from Lakshmi http://vyiv.wordpress.com/) have decided to step out of the shadows, and take it upon ourselves to promote ballista on the test server.

In regards to us, we play 60 cap only, and as of recently we have been playing 99 cap on Undine, but still largely prefer 60.
