    Add VW Storage Slips

    Really shouldn't have to explain here, but all this gear thats been added really needs a slip. If we can have slip 13 for damaged relic gear, there definiately should be a VW gear slip, thank you.

    Also, adding the new NIUR gear to the current NI store slip would be appreicated. In the future, with the release of Neo-limbus and such, please have the current gear slips updated to store these new gear peices. When Salavage gets a make over am I going to be stuck with another 15+ gear peices in my moghouse because i upgraded them and can't properly store them???
