    Add refresh self cast to mage advernturing fellows

    Give whm fellow refresh. With the old system there was balance, most player mages had to rest to restore mp so it made sense to have the fellow rest as well. In today's fast paced 99 action, players rarely rest to restore mp, they use /sch or /rdm to regain mp and a ton of mp and loads of auto-refresh gear. This makes the whm fellow sub-par compaired to the dd fellows, as after two fights the whm fellow needs to rest in order to continue going at it's capacity were as the dd fellows can continue at maximum capacity. Please, add the self cast spell refresh for adventuring fellow mages in order to restore balance. Thank you.
