we have a bullet that states, "The spells and abilities that will no longer trigger enemy weaknesses will be replaced with other ones usable by the same job so that each job's chance of triggering weaknesses remains relatively unchanged."

So.... what 5 RDM-exclusive spells, what 6 Ninjutsu spells, what dozen or so Blood Pacts, what 7 Dragoon abilities, etc., etc., are going to replace the ones that are being removed as weakness triggers? Unless we're about to be flooded with new spells and abilities, or VWNMs are going to start freaking out when they see us use things like Refresh II and Steady Wing, this bullet point promise literally cannot be fulfilled.
