Game Crash - Mob and Map

Details:
1: The River Sahagin in Yuhtunga Jungle (F-11 on map) cause FFXI to crash after a few hits.
2: Any Airship to Jeuno will crash upon loading the zone to Port Jeuno.
3: Seem to Disconnect in Yuhtunga Jungle every couple of hours, no reason involved. Internet Connection Excellent. No other programs running. Do not disconnect from other areas at all.

Steps:
1: Engaged the enemy, after a few hits FFXI crashes. Attempted to fight the particular mob 10 times with same results.
2: Zoning into Jeuno via Airship.
3: Disconnects every couple of hours. Was there from 7PM PST to 6AM PST
