what happened to the faster macro palette display?

In a previous version update we performed a change to get rid of the macro palette display delay. However, due to an error that occurred we had to return it to its original settings prior to the update. There is a possibility that we will once again remove the delay if we are able to fix it, but at the moment we do not have any concrete plans for this. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

So many posts about the macro system, all ignored. Only players who suffer are the ones who play the game legit. (console players).
SE will never fix this problem or take action because most players use 3rd party programs.
I wonder how long it is before legit players are not invited to do certain events...
