Steps:
Basically... In the last version update the status icons were upgraded to "HD". While this is generally a good improvement, some of the status icons (Ensphere and Atma spring too mind) have issues with their transparency, ie what used to be filled in as a certain colour is now appearing as transparent and is generally quite annoying.

Probably be fixed with the new status icons in the next update.
