That middle section is a nightmare.

All I can get out of it with my very limited abilities is that they're very carefully considering anything that they do because of possible effects on the market, and that converting crystals back into clusters is involved somehow.

It turns out that "we worry about stuff so banal that our desks come down with autism" is easy enough to grasp even without speaking the language beyond being able to order food, but the exact details are foggy.

I'm sure somebody will do a much better job in a little while, but maybe that's better than what Google would have wrought.
