BUG REPORT!

First off there is several "Black screen" issues going on and I'm not the only person. These things seriously need to be checked.

Mission 12 "Affairs of the State" NPC Randof Bastok Markets (S) Locks up at the end of the CS and completely Blacks out! non completing the CS! There are several other people reporting blacking out in the Bastok Areas on CS and this same mission.

Additionally SAT May 12,2012 approx 2-3 pm CST While in Allaince Quifim area doing the Kalsatrux Voidwatch NM several people repeatedly kept getting black screened during the fight causing us to re log back in. After logging back in spoke to LS members and they had said the samething just happend to them in there areas also. They were all in several different VoidW NM fights in other areas. They to got black screend and booted had to relog numerous times. We attempted the fights 3 more times and on every battle during mid-fights we got black screened and Dc'd.
IT's NOT!!!! An Internet issue everytime this happens while on PS2 and My PC is up and working fine and internet is working fine. It's ONLY Gaming issue either with Voidwatch problems causing issues or Square Enix Bugs in Game that needs to be fixed and checked.

Again today Mon May 14,2012 2-3 PM CST while doing VoidW. NM Aello fight 5 X in row the black screen issue again plaques me on this NM and blacks out! The last 2 fights in a row both times black screend out by time you log back in fight is over and lose stones/items. It's very frustrating. This needs investigating and to be followed and monitored when it's happening...Plz FIX!

I've reported this problem 3 X in the past 3 months and directly reported to POL Customer Service twice this week. Yes I've seen the same Emails where they tell you to check your Internet and port numbers to make sure there set right... /sigh the problem is a Bug!! IN Game period...Problems still exsist even when by passing router and do direct modem connections. Internet never drops it's the during Game play Black Screen issue arise during NM battles and WoG CS. Will this ever be fixed by the Engineers and Developers PLEASE REVIEW!!

Thank you for posting your concern over getting a Black Screen when attempting to view the cutscene and during Voidwatch occasionally. Though this would be more of a Technical Issue. So in order to get this issue resolved for you as quickly as possible we will go ahead and move this thread over to the Technical Support section of the forum.
