I can see the picture, and coming from a foody and cook, as much as you want that to be paella it is most assuradly not.
As for the garnish, it's a no no to have some inedible that size on your plate.

paella is actually saffron rice , i can see on the shell calamari or it could even be a baby octopus , looks good

I've always been curious as to how paella, a Spanish dish, came to be relatively big in Japan. Is it simply because paella uses rice and often seafood as main ingredients, and Japan has a lot of rice and seafood hanging around waiting to be eaten?

I'm a little disappointed that the Yagudo Drink isn't alcoholic. I have always imagined that the Dark Crystal involved in place of a Water Crystal implied fermentation. Also, I'm hoping against hope for a riot at Vanafest and drinking can help move things in that direction.

Japan has a surprisingly large connection with South America (Brazil in particular). My guess is that this was the vehicle of travel.

Nakji is actually very delicious, so is squid. Fry the squid with butter or roast it, amazingly good tasting.
