I don't think "A little gearwork" is the right phrase, You're not even capping haste :X.

Though, I think all you would need to adjust is probably getting a few pieces of Empyrean+2, I think Empyrean+2 Hands should be your first task, if i remember the haste on those items ri ght, that'll put you at 25% visible haste, a little below true cap, but great.

The cape though, PUP Relic Cape would be better than Blithe Mantle. Hell, Aesir Cape would be better than Blithe... Rancor Back the best bet though, If not theres a Walk of Echo cape with +20 Attack, which is better too.

Anyway, on topic. What brought about this want for a new title related to PUP? Just curious

ive got the cirque gants +2, im just wearing athos hands for shits and giggles in this picture, putting me at 25% haste. only way im hittin 26% is with ocelo+1 hat, and im not springing for that lol.
havent gotten a rancorus mantle as of yet, been trying for it tho, im still butthurt over pup not being on atheling mantle.

Yes, But I leave that particular item out due to its difficulty to obtain.

Things need to change in new nyzul. The fact that the only groups I know that can get even 1/4 runs to 100 and beat the boss, are those that have 4 empy (War, Drk, Sam, Mnk)
And 2 Sch embrava them for each half of the run.

What about us? The other 75% of the player base.
