Mission replay?

The same way we can watch the cutscenes as much as we want from goblin footprints, could it be possible in the future to reset all the mission data and play again all the missions like a new character? I don't know about everybody else but I'd love to replay Zilart or Promathia again (without creating a new character lol)

What would be your goal in this? You can already re-enter battlefields. Unless you want to redo the footwork of going from a-b-c to talk to NPCs and trade items, checking ???s and the like?

And you can already drop the final item, repeat the battle and gain a new one.

I'd rather have new content instead of living in the past, but that's just my perspective.

Of course i'd love new content myself too, but most of the new stuff they have planned is battle + new drops oriented instead of new quests or missions. Guess i'm the only one who found fun walking from A to B talking to npcs and checking ???s.

It was fun because you hyped your fellow LS mates up with "oh man I can't wait to get to this new zone!" or "oh man Bahamut is going DOWN!" or the like... but considering how easy it is to transport everywhere, travel time is now more of a mild irritant than an actual adventure.

For example, remember when you first got your Airship pass so you could get to Kazham?

Travel time to places often traveled can be an irritance. That doesn't take the adventure away from someone who's doing it for the first time. I do enjoy going to A, B, C, in quests, but if I wanted to watch a series of cutscenes again it would already be like going to A, B, C just to get to the goblin footprints.

Not that I'm complaining about that, but I don't see the point in erasing storyline completion to go through it all over again.

It would be even nicer if they added even a mediocre prize for it, too... like that pittance of 10k gil I get for mini-Odin even though I spend more on feeding the Qiqirn for the stupid talismans than that 10k!
