Sticking in ct scene for Shantotto mission

    Platform: PC
    ISP: not posting it >.>
Type of Internet Connection: cable modem
    Internet Connection Speed: fast...
    Date & Time: 4/19/2012 to 4/21/2012
Frequency: every time i try the cut scene
    Character Name: Ravensbane
    Race: Mithra
    World: Quetz
    Main Job: PLD
    Support Job: RDM
Area and Coordinates: Gustav tunnel at Outcropping
    Party or Solo: Solo
    NPC Name: Outcropping...
    Monster Name: ...
    Steps:
1.Click on Outcropping with required KI, kill NM's, click again for cs... cs freezes when Aldo tells his lackies to get up and screen fades to black.
    2. Tried asking friends to do a GM call, as I was unable to open menus or do anything other than use chat log, but GM auto-reply stated they would not respond to second pt requests on behalf of another player... Took over an hour before they auto-replied.
    3. Had to force shutdown each of the 4 attempts to get the cs. In-game attempts to contact GM's have only resulted in auto-replies telling me that they do not accept in-game suggestions...

I cannot get credit for the mission without the cs and am tired of redoing the battle just to get locked in the cs time after time. As a side note: A big fix would be to hire GM's that are willing to actually read the GM calls sent to them rather than auto-replying with the same copy/paste messages time after time.

Amazingly enough, Troll, I wasn't using Windower. I have not used this board for so long I had forgotten that it is moderated by all the trolls that get tired of being blacklisted on the game.

In case someone from SE actually bothers to check this post: I attempted the fight 3 more times, after reacquiring the KI and it finally let be through the cs. Feel free to remove or close this thread.

Troll? Really? Giving you a possible solution to your problem is trolling now? How can I possibly know if you are using Windower or not?

    Greetings!

I'm glad to hear this matter was resolved! We will go ahead and close this thread at this time.

As a note though, the third party Windower program can cause a number of problems very much like this situation! We certainly recommend that anyone using it remove it to prevent such problems from occurring. Needless to say, using it can also cause your account to receive punishment, up to and including account termination.

Thank you for your time and apologies for any inconvenience!
