This is relatively old information so the actual testing may well be in places that no longer exist, otherwise I'd try to dig it up because I'm just that bored.

Wish used the formulas for ranged and melee delay to figure out the "value" of a "super-duper" imaginary Relic Shuriken mentioned by the Development Bros in this very topic.
