Atmacite being so expensive.

I feel it's kinda lame that atmacite is so expensive because to upgrade them for say a mage and melee it would cost 10 mil(low estimate) or 625 VW battles worth of curor or 5000 VW run if ya making 2k curor profit a run because your using 4-5 cells a run

Either way the conclusion to me is simple and only upgrade 1 or 2 atmacite since upgrading more will prolly take longer than actually clearing/getting the drops from VW.

also it costs 65 mil curor to upgrade all atmacite to max which is 140 mil in gil (basically the price of a relic) so yea a tad expensive imo since if ya using cell your making 1-2k curor at best a run.

Basically the point i'm making is being able to upgrade 3 atmacites is dumb considering the amount of time it would take to get that amount curor is better spent getting the drop and not coming back to VW or on something completely different.

Kinda feel the same way. Especially the curor-> gil argument. A lot of people spend so much curor to upgrade things that are only one aspect of the game (VW)- and not even a very good one at that. Yet, if they took the gil into consideration, they could buy a relic, or gear that is equally as useful for use everywhere else in the game. But then again, you have people spending 40mil on Meteor, so I guess they don't care about handling gil.

If you are trying to get empyrean upgrades or armor from VW that 65 million will seem like nothing if you don't buy all your upgrades. You need to spam VW a lot to get 3060 per empyrean upgrade. If you have 2-3 or more empyreans like me its going to take awhile.

Look, they are not gonna adjust this. It's a cheap easy way for them to ensure "grinding and time sink" on the abyssea content and still make it relevant for players to keep doing abyssea cruor party. I have a feeling someone gotten a very harsh lecture for making Abyssea Atma so easily obtainable and bestow player amazing bonuses for so little cruors. I would not be surprised if the whole team got a very stern lecture on how much a failure the abyssea battle system is for letting players having too much fun and imbued with god mode. So now we have to deal with all these lack luster and half baked contents and everything become a monster of a grind. Just look at the last few magian trials for empy weapon and you get the idea, the fact that your reward is 1 more stats adjustment is beyond laughable.

i'm sure in the Dev minds VW is finished and yea i'm happy with that since atmacite don't make or break VW but it's basically the dumbest part of VW.

Either way just think that the only way to obtain curor for these atmacites is by farming curor in abyssea and really the people are better spending there time on doing VW and thoe that do farm curor are only there to npc it.

As for atmacite/atma comparison

Really the temp items are atmas in VW and atmacites are more like the curor buffs.

Another common misspelling is 'crour'. One I see a lot on other games and in real life is 'solider' instead of 'soldier'. People just can't get those tricky double vowels right, it seems...
