[Suggestion] Suggestion Forum!

Can we please have a dedicated Suggestions forum for the game? 90% of these suggestions are terrible and don't deserve the attention they get. The majority of these threads turn into personal attacks between two camps, with trolls on both sides. The moderators obviously don't have the time to comb through them all, as these infraction-heavy threads seem to be largely ignored.

This General Discussion forum is, at the moment I'm writing this, 75% suggestion threads on the first page. Let's give these... creative people a place to put their wonderful ideas.

That's funny, because an actual Website Suggestion and Feedback like this one got posted in General Discussion rather then in Website Suggestion and Feedback. I wonder why that section even exists - no feedback is actually taken, and even if it was nobody actually comments or clicks Like on any of the suggestions there (this is speaking from experience of actually posting things where they actually belong).

In case nobody believes me that the Website Suggestion and Feedback section actually gets used for Website Suggestion and Feedback here are two examples of someone trying to make suggestions to better the forums here and getting no replies whatsoever:

Recently SE decided to force everyone to have a forum avatar based on the character linked to their account. Considering the limited amount of forum avatars, this somewhat caps the variety of avatars on the forums.

I suggest that to add a little bit of variety, forum avatars have an option to be shown wearing one of the artifact sets, but only if the account linked to the picture has done something.

For this it can either be that the job level is above a certain level, or perhaps that the character has the job emote for that job.

As more and more time goes by, it becomes harder and harder to find individual dev feedback on particular jobs within their respective forums.

As a quick and easy solution to this problem, a copy of each feedback should be placed in the Sticky: Welcome to Forum: Job Name thread that is stuck and locked at the top of each job thread. In addition to being a copy, the copy should have a link to the place it was first posted, for greater context.

Maybe if this was posted in the Website Suggestion and Feedback instead of the General Discussion section we'd actually have people discussing Website Suggestion and Feedback instead of telling people that they're posting in the wrong section. Or something like that. I'm going to say Website Suggestion and Feedback again just so I feel better:

Yes, let's keep all of those terrible ideas in the General Discussion forum, diluting the few quality discussion threads that are present and making the official forums look like Grounds of Flaming. If you gave a damn about this forum, you would be 100% behind this. It makes the official forums look very unattractive to potential posters with legitimate conversation to contribute, leaving just whoever deals with it and the numerous trolls who face very little moderation.
