    Fast Cast merit for SMN?

    I was looking at my merits and I'm already at level 4 in this new merit. I'm happy to test something but I don't have any timer besides the system clock. I also didn't think to test before the update.

    Thoughts? I'm thinking /rdm and perhaps haste/fast cast gear to see if there's a cap.

    Only 4? Weak. But there isn't really anything worth testing except "Can you now kite 25% movement speed bonus monsters".

    We can't get close to that...

    Teal or Marduk set + /RDM + Matriarch Atma + 5 Merits + random gear < 70%

    Edit: quick lunch test, sub + merits, the avatar fired off at 55%.
