Is it really that difficult to allow access to storage in every mog house? This is something that would actually benefit the game as a whole. Not to mention to raise the hopes of the playerbase. Do you even wonder why people are leaving topics on these boards cancelling their accounts? It's because they actually did enjoy this game until recently. I'm still trying my best to stick to it also, but as the updates become more and more lackluster, I start to wonder if I'm with the right team. Feedback is left about content and nothing is done about it. To expect small changes like this months to years from now is a bit eccentric. It's already been a year since this issue was brought up from the opening post. It's like Tsukino said, should be WAY more prioritized than other projects.

You would think with all the money this game gets from subscribers that small changes like this would be simple to implement. It may not profit as much as other MMOs out there, but we still have 16 servers worth of people active.

    RANT off.

I really don't see the issue with going to your home nation to access storage anyway. I just use storage to tuck away stuff that I'm not likely to need again in a hurry anyway, things like keys required for missions, limbus chips etc.

It takes no more than 5 mins to reach your home town and get back to Jeuno anyway:

    1. Run out of Jeuno to the closest FoV Book.
    2. Repatriation.
    3. Access Mog House at Home Nation.
    4. OP to Qufim Island.
    5. Enter Lower Delkfutt's Tower.
    6. Use GoV book just inside.

Steps 4-6 I generally find are quicker than swapping to BLM sub and having to re-enter mog house in jeuno to swap back. Certainly takes away the chance to forget to swap back. Or the need to have BLM levelled to at least 17 lol.

It's more of them saying that they would give us storage access by this summer and now them saying that there's no agenda for it at all due to higher priorities.

Or the developers could just flip a "zero" in their code into "one"...
The most common reason for anyone accessing their storage is changing jobs, so most of the time you'd have to add changing a job, putting old equipment in Mog House, taking new equipment/consumables, visiting your AF2/AF3 moogle AND making a trip to your home nation? There could be a better use for furniture storage than a garbage bin.

This is how I see it. I mean, as for now my inventory is just used for random things I might need one day, or might not, and in either case could likely get it again in no time. On the other hand, I would love to put gear for jobs such as COR, which I almost never play, in my Storage so that I have more room for other things, I simply don't have 80 items that are that trivial, and don't feel like going to my home country for a few pieces of gear for a single job I wont be playing long anyways.

I use storage for items for unfinished empy gear/weapons//etc upgrade items. I wouldn't mind having access to it everywhere, but at the same time it's not a big deal for me. It would be mostly because SE said they would do it and then didn't .

We're sorry for the delay and appreciate your understanding.

    ^Oh grow up.

The crying, moaning, whining, and complaining is ridiculous.

You people do know that we have an expansion in the works, minor tweaks all over the board, content outside the the expansion being worked on and tweaked, and a never ending list of bugs that pop up in all of the aforementioned that the limited staff over there has to take care of right? Who cares about this? It is not hard at all to go use the book or even T1 VW warp right outside your nation and access storage right? This should honestly be one of the last things on their list to even address. Quit bellyaching already it is just dumb. As if they never mentioned something then took months let alone years to get to it.

Perhaps they shouldn't try to keep you constantly amused and excited by mentioning every little thing that they want to do. Considering the Dev team does not live to work on this game every moment of their time. Who really wants them to put time into this causing something such as the expansion to salvage to be delayed? Any time they take away to do this delays the development of anything else of actual value that they are working on. This is a miniscule change and even less important than not getting stuck on the afk people in PJ everywhere.

I don't understand why we should be waiting for updates already announced to be out before now, and still no word on it, not on the Test Server, and no where in sight. Cait Sith & this are both updates we were supposed to have before now, its not mentioned to be going on the Test Server, nor is it actually on the Test Server, so they are far behind. I like them making a new expansion, but in honesty I would like some extra things on this game to keep me here, and make it better for now, so when the Expansion comes around I still like the game. There is seriously no reason we should be waiting months or a year for an update as trivial as this one seems to be!

You realize the first time they said they would give us MH storage access was over one year ago already? And to a lot of us, MH and inventory space is a real issue, and having to go back to your home nation is simply inconvenient. Easier than it used to be, sure - but still inconvenient.

It would have been better if they had said they would look into it, but never actually said they'd do it. I somehow don't think this is a monumental task that will take weeks to fix.
